I’m sorry but once you’ve had gnocchi with golden crispy edges, there’s no going back!! Are you team crispy or team soft? To crisp: Boil as normal then drain and set aside on a tray. Heat a fry pan over medium high heat with a drizzle of olive oil and crisp in batches for about 5 minutes. Turning until each side is golden and crispy. I just started to collect these photos such street shrines in Italy are called edicole sacre, which translates as literally ‘sacred niche’ in Naples, in addition to the traditional Madonna and Saint Januarius, inside the Neapolitan altarini one can see photographs of deceased relatives (the cult of ancestors is very strong here), notes with requests, plastic flowers, neon lighting, and even portraits of Diego Maradona, who is revered in the city on par with the saints

Sergi Roberto, Héctor Bellerín and Jules Koundé. Three Barcelona right-backs, three very different players, but somehow all seriously well dressed. Sergi was already at Barcelona when Bellerín and Koundé both arrived in the summer of 2022. Bellerín would leave just five months later, while Sergi stayed until 2024, finishing an 18-year spell at the club. Koundé, the Frenchman, is still at Barcelona today. But for that little period, the best-dressed footballers were somehow all in the same team. Bellerín and Koundé especially have become some of the most recognisable fashion figures in football, while Sergi has always had his own polished style. Looking back at it now, Barcelona’s right-back spot really had a little fashion era.

big brands are jumping on the cotton bandwagon because they see the shift happening. people are questioning polyester + nylon and searching for natural fiber activewear. but please don’t let “cotton” become the next marketing buzzword. cotton does NOT equal organic cotton. conventional cotton can be grown using synthetic pesticides + fertilizers, and turning cotton into finished fabric can involve additional chemical processing. simply seeing “cotton” on a label does not tell you how that cotton was grown or processed. organic cotton costs more. making stretchy activewear with dramatically fewer synthetic fibers is also harder. so when brands start responding to the natural fiber movement, keep reading past the word “cotton.” when I created Layere, we got our activewear to 95% organic cotton + 5% spandex, using organic cotton fabrics from certified suppliers. because women deserve better.

Here’s why that wins: → Any model can read it. Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, whatever’s best next month. Swap the agent, keep the setup. → Any person can read it. A new hire opens the folder and knows how everything works on day one. → It compounds. Every correction goes into a file, and every agent gets it right from then on. → Nobody can switch it off. It’s on my machine. What’s inside: what we sell, who buys, how we sound, and one file for every job we do. Qualify a lead. Write a proposal. Make a carousel. you thought these were regular brownies… then you hit the peanut butter center 🤎🥜 These PB stuffed brownies are rich, fudgy, chocolatey, and basically everything I want in a dessert. Made with oat flour + cocoa powder, then stuffed with a layer of melty peanut butter and topped with peanut butter cups + extra chocolate chips because we are NOT here to skimp on the good stuff. dEATS: -Spread ⅔ cup peanut butter onto a parchment lined 8x8 pan and freeze until set. -Preheat the oven to 350ºF. -Combine 2 eggs, 1 cup coconut sugar, ½ cup melted high quality butter or coconut oil, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. -Fold in 2/3 cocoa powder and ½ cup oat flour. -Spread half of the batter into a parchment lined 8x8 pan. -Top with the set peanut butter. -Top with remaining batter. -Chop peanut butter cups of choice and sprinkle onto batter with extra chocolate chips. -Bake for 25-28 minutes. -Cool and slice.
